I only received part of my order. Where is the rest? Don't worry; you'll receive tracking for the remaining items as they ship.
Didn't receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through? Order confirmations may be delayed, especially during large releases. As long as you received an order number during checkout, your order has been processed.
Why was my credit card charged multiple times? Your credit card company authorizes the order amount, holding the funds temporarily. Failed validation may result in multiple authorizations, which are released within 3-5 business days.
When should I expect a tracking number? Domestic customers should receive a shipping confirmation within 7-14 days, while international customers should receive it within 14-21 days. Check your spam folder if needed.
Why isn't my order showing on the tracking page? Orders not shipped or scanned by UPS won't appear. Allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to appear.
Can you combine two orders and refund the balance? Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipments on multiple orders.
