Ordering a product during Pre-Order allows you to reserve an item before its release date. Also, please be aware that these time frames are approximate and subject to change.

Processing Time: 

Once you place a Pre-Order, please allow us 7-14 days after the product's release date for processing before your item is shipped. This processing time ensures that each order receives the attention to detail and quality checks necessary for a seamless experience.

Payment: 

Payment for pre-orders is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item. Your order will be shipped once the processing period is complete.

Shipping: 

After processing, we will ship your order using the shipping method you selected during checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.

Order Changes and Cancellations: 

If you need to make changes to your pre-order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the processing period has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Also, due to the extraordinary response from our valued community, certain items may experience exceptionally high demand. In the rare instance of surpassing the predetermined limit for a particular item, we may find it necessary to automatically cancel orders.

Out-of-Stock Items: 

In rare cases where the pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund.

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
