Shipping and Return Policy

ORDERING

Products that are available on our website are typically in stock and ready for order placement. However, occasional overselling may occur. In such cases, orders are processed based on the sequence in which they are received. It's important to note that items added to your shopping cart are not reserved. The fulfillment of orders is contingent upon payment acceptance and product availability.

Additional personal information may be required by NERG BRND for identity verification purposes. Should this be necessary, we will make multiple attempts to reach out to you. Our primary mode of contact will be through email, and we anticipate a response within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs may vary based on product. We charge a flat fee of $10 for domestic shipments, and international shipments will range depending on destination.

All packages are typically processed for shipping within 3-5 business days of your purchase. While we provide estimated delivery times as a guide, any delays are beyond the responsibility of NERG BRND. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and each separate order will be shipped individually, without the option for consolidation, even if both orders are placed by the same purchaser.

EXPEDITING AND SAME DAY ORDER

We unfortunately do not expedite orders nor do we offer same day delivery. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

NERG BRND adheres to a no-exchange, no-return policy on all products. All sales are considered final.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

Pre-orders are made-to-order and cannot be canceled or modified once your order confirmation is received. They are final sale and non-returnable. 

LOST/STOLEN ORDER

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact us for assistance with your order number.

WARRANTIES

NERG BRND explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied.
