Why International Debit/Credit Cards Are Not Accepted?
For security reasons, NERG is unable to accept international debit or credit cards, prioritizing the safety of your financial information during the transaction process.

Order Confirmation and Charges
If your account was charged without receiving an order confirmation email, it may be due to submitting an order with different shipping and billing addresses. Our systems may revert you back to the checkout screen, resulting in a pre-authorization charge by your financial institution. Unless you receive an Order Confirmation screen or email, your order will not be accepted. The charge may take 1-5 business days to be automatically refunded.

Multiple Charges on Credit Card
If you notice multiple charges on your credit card, it might be due to page refreshing during the checkout process. Please contact us or your financial institution if duplicate charges persist after 5 business days.
